We are a membership based direct primary care practice providing concierge-style primary care to Ellis County and the surrounding areas for just $85/patient/month (discounts available when multiple immediate family members sign up). We also offer significant discounts for small businesses with 5+ employees enrolled. We do not bill your insurance on top of your monthly fee and, while we do recommend that patients have insurance for emergencies and large expenses, it is not required to join our practice.
